Well, I hadn't really been specifically training for the Tulsa Run this year, but I had it in the back of my mind.
From the quote in the Tulsa World on the day after the race: "You couldn't have picked a better day out of a bucket." Perfect weather and I felt great.
I could have pushed harder, but the entire race felt good, and I had reserves at the end to sprint into the finish.
This was my favorite race that I have ever done.
